I'm Oihana — born and raised in Paris, and the kind of person who figures things out. For the past four years, I've been the trusted PA for an American family in Paris. I've opened EDF accounts, found a last-minute caterer for 40 people, translated voicemails from their landlord, picked up their dog when plans changed, and kept their apartment running smoothly while they were back in the States.

"I'm not the PA who shows up in a blazer with a clipboard. I'm the one you text on a Monday morning when something needs sorting — and it gets sorted."

I work with 2 to 3 families at a time, which means I'm never spread too thin and you're never an afterthought. My value isn't in clocking hours — it's in knowing Paris inside out, navigating French bureaucracy without losing my mind (or yours), and actually caring about the outcome.

I'm reactive, resourceful, and not precious about the job description. If it needs to happen, I make it happen. That's it.

How I work: I'm available Monday to Friday during the day for non-urgent matters — planning, admin, coordination. For genuine emergencies, I do my best to be reachable outside those hours. I've found this rhythm makes me better at the job, and the relationship more sustainable for everyone.

EDF, gas, internet, insurance, bank accounts, move-in inventory — I've done it all. I speak French so you don't have to spend an afternoon on hold.

Cocktail parties, dinners, family gatherings. I handle the vendors, the logistics, and the day-of coordination so you can actually enjoy your own party.

Errands & physical presence

Collections, deliveries, apartment checks while you travel, letting in the plumber, overseeing renovations. I'm your eyes and hands in Paris.

Pet care

Dog walks, pet sitting, vet appointments, emergency cover when life gets complicated. I love animals — it's genuinely not a burden.
