I'm Oihana — born and raised in Paris, and the kind of person who figures things out. For the past four years, I've been the trusted PA for an American family here — their full French-speaking interface with landlords, agencies, and anyone who made their life complicated. I've opened EDF accounts, found a last-minute caterer for 40 people, picked up their dog when plans changed, and kept everything running smoothly while they were back in the States.

I work with a small number of families at a time — on purpose. You're never an afterthought. I bring my whole self to the job: I am fast, I hyperfocus on what matters to you, and I'm genuinely terrible at doing nothing.
How I work: I'm available Monday to Friday during the day for non-urgent matters — planning, admin, coordination. For genuine emergencies, I do my best to be reachable outside those hours.
